2. The service

RepurposeKit is a software-as-a-service product that helps users transform long-form content (such as pasted text or YouTube sources) into drafts for platforms like LinkedIn, newsletters, and short-form video scripts. Features may change as we improve the product.

RepurposeKit is an independent brand. AI features are powered by third-party models. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partners of those model providers unless explicitly stated.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@snapsegeo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans

RepurposeKit is free to use. There is no paid subscription and no monthly conversion allowance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Violate laws or third-party rights
Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
Attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
Bypass security controls
Misrepresent RepurposeKit as an official product of any AI model vendor

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service, including sending it to AI providers for generation. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.

7. AI outputs

Generated drafts are provided as-is for assistance. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for complying with platform rules and applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The RepurposeKit name, branding, and software (excluding your content) are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to copy or resell the service except as allowed for normal use.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
