- Account data: email address, display name, and authentication details when you sign up (including via Google OAuth).
- Content you submit: text, YouTube URLs, transcripts, and generated drafts you create or save in the product.
- Usage data: basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the RepurposeKit service
- Generate drafts using third-party AI providers
- Authenticate users
- Respond to support requests and prevent abuse
4. AI processing
RepurposeKit is an independent product. Draft generation uses third-party AI models. Content you submit for generation may be sent to those providers solely to produce your requested outputs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with those providers.
5. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the service:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Authentication / database providers (e.g. Supabase)
- AI inference providers for generation features
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and essential site functionality.
7. Data retention
We retain account and project data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@snapsegeo.com. Some records may be kept longer when required for legal or security purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards such as HTTPS and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
