How do I save a brand voice for new drafts?

Save the tone, the reader, the words you refuse, and a few samples. RepurposeKit uses that voice the next time it writes. Keeping the same voice across platforms is a separate guide, and the tool overview is on the brand voice AI page.

What you can set

Choose a tone: professional, friendly, humorous, sharp, or inspiring. Add an audience, words to avoid, words you prefer, a call-to-action habit, and three to five samples of writing you already like.

What it does not change

Saving a voice does not rewrite projects you already generated. The next import and the next regeneration use the new voice. You can still edit every draft.

How do I keep one voice across a post and a newsletter?

Use the same saved rules, then change the length. The newsletter can hold three points. The post should hold one. The guide on consistency walks through that edit. This page is where you save the rules.

How to use it

  1. Open settings. Use the gear icon after you log in.
  2. Describe the voice. Set tone, audience, wording, and paste a few samples.
  3. Generate again. Import an episode or regenerate a draft. The new text follows the saved voice.

Questions

Do I have to set a brand voice?
No. If you leave it empty, drafts use a clear default tone.
Can an agency use one voice per client?
The saved voice is per account. Switch the settings before you generate for a different client, or edit the draft after.
Will old newsletters change?
No. Only new generations read the saved voice.
